Thanks for the replies guys!
Who suggested NO wine:eek:      She allows herself some alchohol anyway, so the wine wont be a problem and neither will the smelly cheeses:D

Sounds Fab - Have a good time. Let know what everyone liked / disliked as I am holding a baby shower for a friend in Sept and would love to know how it goes x

Firstly - well done for having taken on the challenge, you will have a fab time. You seem to have everything under control.
I have run a few baby showers now and we always play the peg game. Everyone gets a clothes peg when they arrive and if you hear anyone say the word "baby" you can steal their peg. The one with the most pegs at the end wins the game. Everyone seems to enjoy this one, it is nice and simple.
I also make ice cubes with little babies frozen into them and the first one to "birth" their baby also wins a prize. Someone normally cheats by biting the ice cube!
"Model baby" is also one I have done before. Make some pink playdoh and everyone gets a bit. Then everyone gets a few minutes to make a model baby. The mum to be can pick the best one.
If the mum to be is up for a laugh then changing a terry nappy on a doll whilst blindfolded is a good laugh. I put a playdo "poo" in the nappy just to add a bit of realistic.
I have found that you only really need 3 or 4 games to play as it is nice for the mum-to-be to open her presents without being rushed.
Good luck and have a fab time.0
