Alpharooms??

Hey,

have come across a 5-star hotel on Alpharooms at virtually a fifth of the normal price.... but have never come across this website before.

Does anybody have any experience of the site, good or bad?

Also, if anyone knows of any discount codes etc, I'd very much appreciate it!

Thanks in advance for any help

You can get 7% (I think) through quidco as well.

Used them a couple of years ago and had no prblems at all.

They are fine, not as cheap as they used to be. I have found cheaper deals HERE and look for cheapest in Quidco.

Yes Ive used them a few times too. Sometimes they are cheapest but its a bit like supermarket shopping, ALL suppliers have their best deals so Id use a selection of comparison engines to get the best possible price. As you have discovered, prices can vary wildly from supplier to supplier.
My site now has 2 comparison engines, my own one and kelkoo, so you can now search more than 40 different hotel suppliers and over half a million hotels with just 2 clicks.
There is also https://www.hotelscomparison.com and https://www.travelsupermarket.com

As mentioned, many of these suppliers are on quidco, so once you find and research a deal, if you book via quidco you could get some cashback.

They are a good company, however not always the cheapest. You do have to use hotelscomparison.com to find the best price. By the way, in Spain, you can often get better bargains by using Que Hoteles.

  • we have used them several times with no problems in fact we even booked with them when we had found a cheaper supplier ,but this year with 4 weeks to go they moved our hotel due to in their words a system error .They offered us a similar hotel which was unacceptable but they did give me a full refund .This left us feeling very dissapointed with them especially as their sales advisor was extremely flippant and in fact said that we were lucky to find out now instead of when we went to the hotel.Diy holidays do comecheaper but you need to be very careful who you deal with and we shall never use alpharooms again

Can you confirm that you receive no personal gain from your search engine, as if you do, your posting would appear to be contrary to the terms and conditions of this website?
