Not sure what to do about an online order?

Has anyone been having a problem with Dunlopillo orders?

Back in mid-August I ordered a Dunlopillo bed for my mother online and was told that it should arrive 6 weeks time. However that was 3 weeks ago and the online retailer has been telling me that it is the manufacturer who is having problems.

What should I do next?

Shall I just wait until I hear of a reply?

I have tried to contact the retailer but got no reply to my email and when I tried to use Dunlopillo email address I get an automated reply.

This is so frustrating.

Do you order it with credit card?
  • It depends if you want to persist, if the manufacturer is the hold up you may have to wait anyway if it's the bed you want. If not ask retailer for a refund as they have breached contract ( although it is only verbal) as Cisco says did you pay by credit card? If so contact them if you have no joy under section 75 of consumer credit act.
