Not sure what to do about an online order?

Has anyone been having a problem with Dunlopillo orders?
Back in mid-August I ordered a Dunlopillo bed for my mother online and was told that it should arrive 6 weeks time. However that was 3 weeks ago and the online retailer has been telling me that it is the manufacturer who is having problems.
What should I do next?
Shall I just wait until I hear of a reply?
I have tried to contact the retailer but got no reply to my email and when I tried to use Dunlopillo email address I get an automated reply.
This is so frustrating.

It depends if you want to persist, if the manufacturer is the hold up you may have to wait anyway if it's the bed you want. If not ask retailer for a refund as they have breached contract ( although it is only verbal) as Cisco says did you pay by credit card? If so contact them if you have no joy under section 75 of consumer credit act.0
