Have you ever completed the membership activation page and not received youPIN Number? Well you are entitled to a full refund if you call the cancelation line,more importantly a member of staff has been caught entering your membership page, entering their own card details and processing your refund to their owncard and then deleting their card details! Collecting your £14.99!! This is surely a breach of the DPA Act 1998. Call 0344 481 0800 to check if you have had your refund!
