    Hope other people note all these issues - failure to provide services, stealing money from people's bank accounts and stay well clear!

    In terms of contacting customer services, by me passing this on to them it means they will contact you to resolve the issue. We have an agreement in place with them that if I log a complaint it must be picked up and dealt with within 2 days. I offer that I can raise the claim to help speed up the process and mean that customers arent paying to call the help line.
