SSE to SSE
Options
I was with SSE and happy with the serivce in my old house. I moved two weeks ago and rang to stay with the company. Of course this kicks off a new contract of supply to the new house but I dont like the "Welcome to SSE" letters I get as I'm still the same person they knew [sic] before. Perhaps a "thank you for choosing us again" letter would make my loyalty feel more appreciated. just sayin...

Just hope you have edited your full move experience and left out the bit whereby you advised the existing supplier to the property that you have moved in and gave them the meter redings.
If not, it's BIG trouble
When you move into a dwelling you must use the existing supplier to that property - It's only when you have registered with them and had their Welcome Pack, that you are free to change to another supplier.
If you bounce the system by immediately asking your supplier at an old address to supply the new one, you are going to end up with two suppliers sending you bills for the same Gas & Elec.0
