Making a payment to a Lloyds credit card

I am due to make a payment to a Lloyds credit card (I've set up a direct debit for the next payment onwards) and I called them yesterday to do this to find out that they can't do it over the phone unless you are making a payment from a Lloyds current account which I don't have.
What I am wondering is, are there TSB branches which still deal with things like this? Where I could go in in person and make a payment that way?
Or if I have to do it directly from my bank (RBS) what details would I need to give them?
Any advice would be appreciated. I am new to this whole credit card thing.
Thanks.

all your bank will need will be who is the issuer of the card (ie Lloyds) and your long number on the front of the card (ie the credit card number), then the payment will go against your credit card.
I do these via internet banking0 -

How exactly are you tryng to pay by phone?
By debit card? LLoyds will (or should) accept any debit card.
Do you have online or telephone banking with the bank you wish to pay from? If so. you can send them a payment that way - details are on your Lloyds credit card bill.
Or you can pay in any bank using the Bank Giro Credit by cash or cheque. (a charge may apply if you don't use your bank or Lloyds)0 -
Thanks. I have been on RBS online banking trying to figure it out but when trying to pay someone new, typing in Lloyds brings up a list and although some look like they should be the right ones, they then suggest what my credit card number should start with but it doesn't match with any of the suggestions so I will just go into an RBS branch tomorrow and hopefully they can sort it for me.
Thanks for your help.0 -

You referred to both Lloyds and TSB earlier. It could be that RBS haven't updated their systems to show that they are totally separate banks with different sort codes etc.0 -
Just set up a plain bank transfer, put in the sort code, account number and your CC number as the reference, you should see all three on your CC bill.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

Or you could set it up a new payee Using the sort code, account and reference on the back of your statement.
