I sell around 500 items a month, I've never noticed any drop in sales when case(s) are open.0

I opened two cases and asked the buyer to agree to cancellation. No answer, but my sales have virtually stopped. Hopefully when i close them on the 26th, things will pick up again. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

I have never noticed a drop in sales while waiting for a buyer to agree to cancellation - I sell about 80 items a week... and that has been pretty regular, no noticeable dip in sales.
I am only small time and don't get many cases anyway but I had 2 INR this week and I often have a cancellation case sitting on my dashboard as buyers can't be bothered to hit cancel!0
