i had 2 emails stuck in the process of outgoing as too large , couldn't delete, suggestion on internet was to go into file and click work offline, shut down and restart outlook, delete the emails and the click back to work online. well, I clicked file work offline - shut down the window and then went back to my start up link and it won't open. how on earth do I get it back?

Outlook Express? Are you still running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 6?0

sorry, meant outlook. switched off computer and back on and it has returned. deleted the emails and switched off the work off line. all good. except now windows has gone from the start up page and I don't have a desktop link for it. I got online by typing the web address into the help page. it was at the top of the list under outlook 2007 and now has just disappeared.unbelievable.NiftyDigits wrote: »Outlook Express? Start Orb > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Outlook.
Right Click on Microsoft Office Outlook and choose Pin to Start Menu or Taskbar(whichever you prefer)0 -
What do you mean by this?

what i mean is that when i put my computer back on my online browser was no longer there. it was whatever came with windows 7, but i think in the start up panel it wasn't actually listed as internet explorer. anyway, still not there this morning.0 -

I couldn't find internet explorer anywhere by searching manually, or when I typed it in the search box. in the end I have just done a system restore to a week ago.0
