What do you need claim it? i.e I printed the page that said " Welcome you can now claim your gift"

It then sends you an email which says 'Your gift will be ready for collection'.
You also need proof of ID and to take a copy of the email along.

I just phoned my local L'Occitane store (Stratford Westfield) to ask if they still had the gift sets left as I am planning to go along tomorrow, and the lovely SA said they had plenty and she would put one aside for me to collect!:j

It may be worth peeps to phone their local store beforehand.

I was very pleased with the gift, which came in a nice box. On top of it I was given a sample sachet of moisturiser by the friendly staff. I was not asked for id, just gave them my email print out.
Yes, it is worth going to the store to pick up the gift.
