Reduced hours

Hi,

Just been advised that due to financial reason my days are to be cut from 5 to 3 and that this is temp and will be reviewed in 2 months.

I have asked for this in writing but where do i stand ?

My contract states they can do this if my workload is less but dosnt state financial reasons
