Positive Feedback and Low DSR

Hi all,
Just a quick question. I've been looking at my dashboard and I have a 1-3 stars for item description. When I've checked, the buyer left a positive feedback stating:
"nothing brilliant, but worth the money. thanks"
Would Ebay consider removing the DSR and/or feedback?

No, there's nothing there to get it removed. I have one where they left a low star for item as described saying "Ebayer you can trust"and I can't get that removed.You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

That's what I thought - I never know what's worth taking action on and what isn't. Thanks for your advice
