Looked at my First Utility account the other day & noticed a BACS credit to my account of 6.00 gbp on October 10th.
I pay monthly direct debit so have no idea what this amount is.
Anybody else had a BACS credit to their account ??
I have emailed them but it will no doubt be 2 weeks before they get back to me !!!

I also had funds credited to my swalec account this month. Its a government rebate. I believe its because the government has stopped charging the energy companies for certain green policies. They were passing on this charge to us so now they have to give it back0

I was aware of the Government rebate but I thought it was 12.00 gbp this year & the same next year ??
Ah well I suppose a credit to my account that I know nothing about is better than a debit !!!0
