6.4 is at best dubious, at worst a nightmare clause - "abandonment" is not that simple, for example: "A 1997 court case resulted in the landlady receiving a £20,000 plus fine for re-letting her flat even though her abandoning tenant was in prison, committed for life. He pursued the case from prison and won. Be warned!"
15 repeats 4.2 and is an unfair contract clause given the latter0 -

Make sure you comply with the deposit registration rules when they sign the new tenancy (re-issue PI as a minimum) as well as other regulations.
