II posted this the other day an no one replied.. I have to post my coutr papers tomoz and need this question answering if anyone can help!!!
Im just filling in my claim froms to take Barclays to court... I'm aware there is a page to print that tells you what to write in the section titled "particulars of claim" but can someone please tell me what to write in the section titled " brief details of claim"

If you log onto consumeractiongroup.co.uk they have a step by step guide on how to fill the form in. It may be on here too but I'm not too sure whereabouts it is. I know it's under the FAQ's on the website but you need to register to access.
