I say dear Peeps!
Well helllooooo. How the devil are we?
One was wondering if anyone could give this dapper chap a bit of advice?
One switched from Ovo to Scottish Power in July. Since then, Ovo have continued to draw money out of ones account.
Following a phone call last month, one was told that the Direct Debit would be cancelled and they would need to contact Scottish Power to determine the final bill figure before ones money could be returned.
Having just received this months statement, Ovo once again took another £157 out of ones account. They have over £600 of this dapper gents money.
One rang them again tonight and gave them a jolly good what-for and suggested that if the money was not returned fully by tomorrow, one would look at what legal steps one could persue.
They had the audacity to suggest that they would need to work out what one owed them and deduct it from ones money that they have wrongly been pulling out of ones account.
Given the bad-eggness that they have displayed, does one have any grounds of misconduct on their behalf and to ask for more than that is owed. Just seems so jolly un-British. The cads.
