I know I'm an idiot but was trying to delete one cookie and managed to delete all of them. Can I get them back?

Don't think so, but then why would you want to. You've probably done yourself a favour by getting rid of all sorts of tracking cookies you never knew you had.
I purge internet history including cookies at least once a week ... ok, so it means I may have to login again to my favourite websites but that's no big deal if you've kept your login details.... Hi,
you will get them back as you visit each site.
CCleaner has a handy wee function that allows you to save cookies from sites that you use regular, saves you having to login again.0 -

Which is what I suspect was behind the OP's question.0 -
Ah, if that is the case then Last Pass is what you need rather than cookies.0

Have you looked in your Re-cycle bin ?0
