ClickandBuy - Payment method for iTunes

Hello everyone,
A few months ago I moved my bank account and I wanted to ask a couple of questions about ClickandBuy? Any info/experience you have on this would be helpful.
I am still using Click to download and purchase music from iTunes I think it is still 'connected' to my old bank account. Would this be the case or has it been transferred to my new account?
Also when I try to login to contact Click on their website it just says contact details not recognised and the phone number does not work.
Has anyone else had similar problems getting hold of Click to discuss their account details?
I'm normally pretty savvy when it comes to buying things on line but I have not been able to make any progress here.
Any idea please?
