Changing address in middle of house sale

Hi, It's an odd question but hopefully one that's easy to answer.
I'm in the process of selling my half of an inherited house. I'm sole executor and selling in that capacity rather than as an individual. I signed my paperwork a couple of weeks ago and I've been told the buyer did too. We've ended up in some kind of solicitor led limbo - my conveyancer says that she's waiting on the buyer's solicitor to agree a date. My buyer says it might be because it's half term and her solicitor might have taken time off, but that they signed contracts weeks ago.
I assume then that contracts have been exchanged and the 'date' referred to is for completion.
The spanner in the works is that I'm in the middle of moving house. My last day here is Monday. (I don't live in the property that's being sold).
Does my change of address mean that the paperwork needs to be started again? Most of the correspondence has been via email, which I'll still have, and I'm having my mail redirected.
I think I've given all relevant info, but I've never even owned a house let alone sold one so apologies if I've missed anything.
ETA: just to throw another question into the mix, my buyers' financial situation has changed since they got the mortgage approved (they've taken out extra finance and one is planning to quit his job as soon as the sale goes through), could this be causing a delay? Or is it likely to cause the whole thing to fall through?

Get your mail re-directed, but also speak to your buyers and ask them kindly to save all the mail for you to collect, there's always something going to be delivered to your old address after you move out.
Inform everyone you have dealings with of your new address and from which date.
eta! It might work to leave your buyers with a few jiffy bags to fill with your mail and already postage paid, most people are helpful if approached correctly0 -

I am getting mail redirected. There's no buyers, I'm moving from one council flat to another and it'll be a while before they get new tenants in as it's in a bad state of repair - it was due for a full refurb (rewiring, putting in heating, the works) in February. I don't know if they'll bother getting it ready for new tenants now or leave it to the planned refurb.

I'm getting hassle from the estate agents who did the valuation for the sale (the buyers are my dad and sister, so no EA fees for the sale). Understandably they want their fees. I told them when I signed the first contract in August (for some reason was sent another one at the beginning of this month) so they were expecting to have been paid by now.
I also really need the money for the new flat - it's an ex crack den and needs a lot of redecorating etc. But I guess I should probably go ahead on the assumption that the money wont be here any time soon and just accept and put up with it.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

So, you own half of a house and you are moving from one local authority place to another? I assume you have declared that you own part of this house and they are aware?0 -
Actually, I don't own half a house - the estate owns a whole house. I will have the value of half a house in cash.
And yes, they're aware. I assumed that I wouldn't be eligible to move into a new place due to the money, but my housing advisor checked with the council.
I have health needs that can't be met in the private rented sector, and I wouldn't be allowed to buy a property due to deprivation of capital rules.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
