Hi, RBS have awarded me a missold ppi payout. Unfortunately it has been referred to their DMO Team as I was in a Trust Deed in 1999. Do they write to you to let you know if they are keeping the payment, if so, do they give a breakdown of what was owed at the time of the trust deed.

They will send you a breakdown of the payment once they have established if they still have the debt (didn't sell it onto a debt firm without possibility of getting it back). If your debts were less than any money they can set off then you will get the balance.
