Firm, bot soft close door closer?

My office door is pretty close to an outside door which is often open. In the winter it gets pretty cold in my office whenever people don't close my door properly. So I fitted a door closer, but now it slams, which is annoying. I tried fitting a softener to make a soft close, but it was pretty ineffective against the force of the closer.

Is there such thing as a door closer that'll be firm enough to withstand a draft/wind from outside, but with a soft close mechanism that'll prevent slamming? I can't seem to find one.

Hmmm, I can see that it has adjustable closing force, but nothing specifically about a soft closing.

Latching speed is the technical term, the more you pay the more adjustment you'll get.

You can adjust the above one to that it takes ages minutes to close.... Is that soft enough ;-)
