ALDI £17 6.5L slow cooker

A couple of other things put me off slow cookers:

- to me it seems weird knowing what you might want to eat for dinner, let alone preparing an evening meal in the morning (but then I rarely cook from scratch in the evenings, if I want something hot it will be HM and sourced from the freezer)
- I have a fear of returning home to a bunch of burning embers instead of a house

Gosh you would hate how I do it - I plan my weekly meals on a Sunday night haha!
I definitely agree with the latter point though I would be very concerned so I would probably cook it the night before while I'm watching East Enders
