I do appreciate everyone help, however, I would remind everyone that places like this are great for opinions and help but always make sure you get advice from proper experts to be 100% sure.
Even paid for legal advice is only an opinion otherwise if there was always a "right" answer you wouldn't get solicitors and barristers on opposing sides.
You're absolutely right though, if you want advice you can take action against if it is incorrect then pay for it.Thinking critically since 1996....0
