Hi,my wife has lost her iPhone, she has tried to find it using the find my iPhone function via a laptop, but all it keeps showing is the location of her iPad.
The phone is an old one,an iPhone 2.
Any help would be much appreciated:beer:

If she didn't switch Find iPhone on on the iPhone, then it will not find it.

Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?0 -
No such phone, Apple went from the original iPhone to the iPhone 3G. Neither of which support the Find My Phone app due to no iCloud support. The oldest phone that supports FmP is the 3GS.0

Think it might be a 3G,not an S.
So,I take it there is no way of finding her phone then?0 -
Try calling it?0

Even if it did have find iphone, you have said it yourself, the battery will be dead after 3 weeks. So only way to find it, is to keep lookingMansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
I thought I'd lost phone, backtracked where I had been looking for it, called it number of times, then later realised I'd just put it down at home.
Good luck.0
