Unreliable KS. There are several on the list that appear incorrect.

A mortgage is just the name for a secured loan. Same principles apply as with any other form of lending.

I agree. Not 100% accurate, as noted.

Lender's aren't keen on releasing the info - why should they?

Channelling an application to X lender because they use Experian rather than Equifax simply because the client knows the Equifax has extra problems listed sounds very close to mortgage fraud.

I have a spreadsheet which I put together with that information on.

Your right, im not keen on releasing it for a few reasons. The biggest one being, I have noticed myself over time it becomes out of date. I wouldnt want to give anyone the wrong information. You could argue that its a guide only but I think you would automatically discount various lenders meaning its not really a guide, its something to filter out lenders and it could be filtering out the best one for you.

But also, im not sure how people sharing their experiences of credit agencies and lenders helps anyone. What one lender doesnt accept another might and they may both use the same or different credit agencies...

Lets not forget that a default not showing on one credit report does not mean a lender can not see it... it could be reigstered to a previous address, meaning you can not see it but a lender can.
