Upvc door and broken hinge

Can anybody help with how to remove the door hinge in the picture, do I have to remove all the hinges to replave the one?
There is a pin which you can get to on the inside but it does not appear to move when hit with a hammer. Also it does not appear to be an allen key or anything similar. The external brickwork stops me trying to drive it the other way (inwards).
Any ideas on how this hinge can be removed and replaced?

You would need a centre punch to knock the pin out, but do it gently. But I am not sure how you replace the whole hinge without taking the door off. I would think this would be very difficult.The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums.
