Hi there,
I dunno if this helps as my house was a repo and i was in a contract chase as the house was marketed by 2 EA's. I made my offer and i put a clause saying that i would only pay my offerred price if the house was not marketed and taken off the market. Seller agreed and i managed to complete before the other person so i got the house.
