I've now sent the online appeal but as it was after 28 days of the initial letter, I expect they will say "too late" In which case I'll just have to pay up?
Why ever would you do that? Everything you need to know is in the NEWBIES thread.
Take the time to read what you should have done/should do now. The one thing you SHOULDN'T do is to pay.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Well the advice now is quite different. Some things have changed since POFA - appealing with forum help can get rid of a PCN for good. Ignoring leaves you vulnerable to a small claim for up to six years.
Two years ago it was 'safe' to ignore ParkingEye PCNs; they now issue up to 1,000 court claims - every week! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
