Forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong thread but...
Today I received a letter from UKCPS stating that they had cancelled my ticket on first appeal. I didn't even need popla!
They stated "this is a one time gesture of goodwill and will not be repeated"... Whether I got lucky or what, I don't know... But I'm delighted!
A big thank you to everyone on here who took the time to advise me and also to the ones who have created the fantastic stickies!
A message to anyone new to this... FOLLOW THE STICKIES to the letter.

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -

It has taken them long enough to realise that £80-£100 for a minor breach of a dodgy contract is just too much, if they reduced the amount to a more realistic £10 they would probably have far fewer appeals.
This year the memsahib has collected two council tickets which I have promptly pair for the simple reason that, at £30 each, it is not worth my time appealing them. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
