How do I send this?

I sold an item which went missing in the post but I eventually got it back. I refunded the buyer in the meantime. How do I resend it to the buyer without listing again? Ie can I invoice through paypal etc

Does the buyer still want it?

If so, you will have their Paypal email and you can raise an invoice there.

  • If Hermes fail to deliver, you should be able to make a claim with them - check their website for details.
