Money Saving Energy Club Delays
I applied to switch the energy supply for the house I own on 29 September. The MSE site says "switch in progress" but I still haven't heard anything from either MSE or the new supplier. In the guidance it says expect something in the post within a week. Is anyone else finding responses slow? Please vote.

Hi OLW - I'm sorry to hear that your chosen supplier hasn't been in touch. It might be worth contacting it directly just to check that everything is in order.
If after doing this, you still need our assistance drop us an email to energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com and we'll look into it further.0
