console purchase headache

plz bear with me an excuse my typing

so about 6 weeks ago i decide to buy a ps4 from that look again on 12month intrest free.
no problem
i order the last of us console and watchdogs game seprate

so few days go by and the watchdogs shows up, then the last of us game.

now the last of us shouldnt be a seperate game (should be in the tlou box with console)
so few weeks go by and nothing the date for delivery passes, so we contact them and they open a case. they come bak with it been delivered. it had not,

rang the couriers and he swore i signed it. i had not
the courier company was telling my wife you need to look at your relationship if your fella is stealing. i did not.

turns out they sent the tlou game as the console, luckily the driver remebered it wasent a size of console but a game size.
so this process stakes a few weeks,
so they re-order me a new console and say thers a free game of gesture of goodwill.

today the console arrives
i open the box eagerly. notice again tlou game is not in the ps4 box and again wasent a tlou console box.
then i notice the GAME (store) stickers resealing the console box
my heart sinks
i notice the original ps4 seal has been broken, the box crushed on one side (only box nowt else)
open the ps4 box and thers bits of food. bits of nasty stickyness. scratches covering the console.
so i try plug console in and its in safe mode, in short KNACKDERD.

so the wife rings the look again just now and the bloke very nastily talks to her saying well u shouldnt have plugged it and we dont send them like that. it will be collected for tomorrow and u may get it bak and u will have to pay the full amount.

now thats horse raddish issent it?

what has gone on here? a used console from game as new from look again that has nothing to do with them? not only that my trust has been called into question and calling me a theif.

with the threat of sending me it bak and MAKING me pay for it so do i even send it bak?do i let them take it?
i dont wanna let it out of my sight if i can get done here?

any advice would be great coz i'm at a loss for words i really am. ive taken a collection of photos

i feel like im being cheated.

There's a difference between the "grammar-nazis" and people struggling to read what you're typing.

I'll attempt a translation:

About 6 weeks ago I bought a ps4 from Look Again on 12 month interest free deal. I ordered the Console that comes with The Last of Us Game. I also bought Watchdogs game separately.

After a few days Watchdogs arrives and then The Last of Us game but not the console it was supposed to be packaged with.

After a few more weeks of non-delivery we contact Look Again who opened a case. They then reply saying it had been delivered.

I rang the courier who swore that I signed for it when I didn't. The company then accused me of stealing to my wife.

However it turned out it was Look Again's mistake as they sent just the game and not the console - fortunately the courier remembered the package was not of console size, just game size. Turns out they sent the The Last of Us game not the console, luckily the driver remembered the package they delivered was not of console size.

This took a few weeks but they reordered me a new console with a free game as a goodwill gesture.

Today the console has arrived. However I noticed The Last of Us was not in the box, nor was the box art The Last of Us like it should be.
Furthermore there are GAME (the shop) stickers on the box to reseal it.
The original ps4 seal was broken with the box crushed on one side. Inside the ps4 box is bits of food and is generally sticky. The console has scratches on it.

I plugged the ps4 in and turned it on - it's in safe mode which apparently means it's knackered.

My wife rings Look Again and the gentleman on the line is rather nasty and explained I shouldn't have plugged it in and that they do not dispatch them like the condition my one is in. The offer to collect it tomorrow, they say I may get it back but I will have to pay the full amount (full amount of what? delivery or the console...not sure!)

Surely that's Horse Radish?

Please can anyone offer any advice?
