Parking Fine Dundee- Gallacher Retail Park

Can anyone give me the latest advice on these parking fines? I have received one and have found a story in Dundee courier from 10th October 2014 stating they are now taking people to court. Sorry- site won't allow me to post the link to the article.

Why not look at the thread already going for this?

First - it is not a fine
Second - as long as you haven't had any discussion with them as to who the driver is then just ignore it.
  • Thank you, I am now following the thread you posted but no news since 12th. I have two tickets for two different cars, one was me in my car, one was my daughter in her car which is still in my name. I wonder what the shop owners think of all this. I will definitely not be back there- car park is a nightmare to get in and out of at the best of times without all this hassle on top of it.Parked in the dark at 6.45 pm so didn't even think to put ticket on! They must be lying in wait.

Why would there be more news on that thread?

Just ignore it or send a one-off 'CHALLENGE' based on the template in the Newbies thread but remove the bit about 'IAS or POPLA'.

UKPC often fold when they see it, not sure what they will do in Scotland but no harm as long as you DO NOT SAY WHO WAS DRIVING!!!!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
