Should I ask if they want to cancel their Ebay bid?

I advertised some slipper boots on Ebay and sold them for £16. I was surprised at the high bid as I stated in the description that their full price was £16. The buyer then paid and afterwards I saw an email from her asking if the size I quoted - medium - could be classed as a size 7. I replied that I would have thought it would be more like a 5/6 and would she contact me to discuss whether I should send them.
I have had no reply and dont want to send them, only for the buyer to complain that the size was wrong.
Any constructive advice welcome!

It's eBay. You'll be wrong no matter what you do.
Just sent them.0 -
How long since you sent the message asking her if she still wants them?0
