hello, trying to reclaim bank charges i found out how much the bank owed me and sent a letter on 07/06/07 asking for a full refund, they said they will get back to me by the 24/07/07.today 23/07/07 i got another letter saying they unable to respond fully to my concerns at the present and they will contact me by the 21/08/07 thats over 2 months to respond:mad: is this right or are they just playing with me.any help

They are very busy with claims no doubt, but they should have more resources to deal with this. Stick to your timetable and send the next letter.0 -
