Flight in 12 months time

Hi, I'm planning to visit Australia but not until Sept 2015. I usually plan about 3 months in advance but although I have travelled to Aus before I've never planned this far in advance. At what stage am I best booking flights to get the best deal?

For now I'd just keep an eye on sales and Holiday Pirates.

Occasionally deals like the one below pop up - £533 return.

We've just come back from a month in Australia and booked the flights through Singapore Airlines last New Year. There seems to be flight sales at that time of year, and we just kept tracking the price. I would recommend the airline and would use them again.
