I am about to settle for the banks goodwill gesture of £1600. I have not been given a court hearing date yet, do I need to tell money claim on line that I wish to close the case? Or does Barclays do that? Thanks for reading, any advice accepted.
You cant have everything; where would you put it?

As the claimant, you should tell the court when the matter has been settled to your satisfaction.0
