Could someone give me a summary of what is going on with BT at the moment please.

If I do the line rental saver in December, will I get the same price as last year ? or has the increase effected the line rental saver too?

Last year I had to fill in an online form to continue to get caller display free for 12 months. What do I need to do this year?

We're changing some of our prices in December

From 1 December 2014 line rental will go up to £16.99 a month. We're also making changes to some of our other prices and terms. Changes to our phone and TV prices are shown below.

You may be able to renew your line rental a little early to avoid the increase.

I have just paid my annual line rental,i think it included the increase from December

From 01/12/2014 line rental saver is rising to £169.90.
