BTW, I've had this issue, it's a easy fix.
Go onto the HP website and download the latest BIOS(well UFEI firmware) update.
This fixes the problem.0 -

They wouldn't do anything as PC World aren't doing anything wrong, they're fully entitled to send it off for repair.
Besides which you've actually been dishonest, business use means that you don't even get these rights. Lets hope they don't find anything on the laptop which links it to business use.0
