We have BT home hub broadband and we can't watch youtube or any live videos as it keeps pausing every 3 seconds... Does anyone have any clue about this?

Yep, 512. That should be enough so there must be something else. Might be worth clearing your pc a bit to start with. Go through the malware removal guide sticky on this board to make sure you're malware free. Clear your internet cache and cookies under tools and internet options."She is quite the oddball. It is a brand new computer (had it 2 weeks) and I do clear the cookies etc every few days to keep it running quicker... but I will try the malware thing anyway whatever that is!!!
If it is not that could it be the broadband??Our dream has come true...
