Watch wanted - interval timer, serve all alarms etc

Looking for a watch with following features...

- Several Alarms set for the week.
-Adjustable interval timer. Vibrate say every 30mins etc
-Will vibrate or have a sound alarm. Vibrate will not disturb others.
- Want this in a watch and not a smartphone.

In the past I found the Sarabec belt watch/timer very handy as I could put in my pocket or tshirt collar set the timer to take my meds. However they don't seem to make it anymore or have changed design completely to something more user friendly.
