Currently a lot of OOOOOOHHH AHHHHH about mobile providers making up their own laws at the mo

e.g. Charging for a service they cant/wont provide - Upping the fee and breeching their contract

Anyhow - Just taken out a sim with Tesco/O2 and dont seem to be getting much of a signal - data is virtually non-existant wherever i travel

Have I got much of a case for cancelling my contract (failure to perform)?

Tesco do seem to provide for customers over and above the law
