Can one see the individual stars given by a certain buyer rather than the total star count ? One of my stars has a tiny corner missing so I just wanted to see who gave me reduced stars ?
Thanks
Thanks

You need to keep an eye on your expanded dashboard especially your defect rate. A regular seller shouldn't get a ding with just one seller, it might be cumulative so be careful. 4.9 on any star is perfectly OK, start going down to 4.8 and you need to address any issues.
To find your defect status just find the 'my account' tab and hover and that brings up a drop down menu- and choose seller dashboard.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've been looking at my seller dashboard - and it says 0.00% defects - but I can't find a way of drilling down into the stars to see what mark each of them are at - and which buyer knocked me down on the stars? I've sold 63 items in past three weeks ( new seller ) - 100% feedbackStuck on the carousel in Disneyland's Fantasyland

You need to click on "View Trending Data" which is just below where is says your current status and next period status. That will let you see the numbers per month.
If you expand the bit where it says the number of defects and what for there is a little tiny line that reads something like "To see what transactions had a defect, download a report". You then see the last ones that had a defect or download an excel file. It takes a few days for them to show up though. It shows the item number and what the defect is.0 -

You'll probably need someone else to explain this as my explanations are terrible sorry_
Go back to the seller dashboard page > left hand of page 'detailed seller report. Then create a report- anything will do. Wait for it to be delivered , then view results. Even if it shows no results you can still open the report and see what stars you have been getting in each category.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I did that and it said as of 19/10 none had defects - so I'll check again in a few days
Cheers for that :-)Stuck on the carousel in Disneyland's Fantasyland

Just out of interest, if you are a new seller, how have you managed to sell 63 items in three weeks? I was under the impression that all new sellers were limited to 20 listings per month for the first 90 days from account opening.0

I've been an ebay member for 5 years mainly buying and selling the odd little personal item. When I decided to sell all my old clothes and thus list a lot - I had 100 items per month on my account allowed automatically.Stuck on the carousel in Disneyland's Fantasyland

If you click get a download a detailed seller report under where it says the defects you can get a report that shows the item numbers that were defective. Contacting the buyers about it is not allowed but you can block them.0
