If you would like to donate to http://readingmencap.org.uk/ there is currently matched funding through https://localgiving.com/charity/readingmencap/
this means if you can donate a tenner the Local Giving have a fund to add another tenner to your donation!
Reading Mencap supports children and adults with a learning disability and their families and although affiliated to the national Mencap must raise it's own funds to continue.
registered charity (1118287) and limited company (05976118)
I work part-time for Reading Mencap so can relay to you how much people enjoy and benefit from using the clubs and services provided. Everyone i meet literally walks in smiling and leaves smiling - a highlight of the week for many.
If you live in the Reading area we are always looking for volunteers and tombola donations so please get in touch through the website or pop by Alexandra Road.
