UKPC -fine

i have read many posts on parking fines, and am slightly confused as to what to do. There was a fantastic post by a user that stated brilliantly what to do, however, seemed to then suggest that it would not work for a few companies, including ukpc. So please could somebody give me advice; should I pay the fine, or complain/appeal?
Thank-you,
Rjeg

First, private parking companies cannot and do not issue fines.

They send out fake invoices, so people who don't read these Threads pay up and make them wealthy.

If you don't intend to be one of them, please read the Newbies Stickies - your 1st post shows you have not yet done so.

Everything you need to know and do is there. Post any drafts here for comment before you send anything, but you must do some work of your own first and read, read, read.
