Mortgage application with missed payment.

Hi all. What do you all think? I am about to apply for a mortgage , being a first time buyer. I have a missed payment , by a month as far back March 2011 and the £105 ( British gas )!was paid in full the following month. Otherwise, my credit history is fine, as I am on the electoral role, for 9 years , have 3 credri cards, all paid in full by DD and over all usage less than 5% of total credit each month, no personal loans or any other debt.
What are my chances of getting a mortgage going by this history ?
Thanks everyone for your help and time.

I wouldn't worry about it. One late payment on your whole credit report isn't going to cause them to refuse an otherwise good application.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

Shouldn't be a problem.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.0
