County Court ParkingEye letter? HELP

Today I received a county court letter for a parking Eye ticket situation which i have been ignoring? The reason I got one as I was picking my boyfriend up from work for midnight. I entered at around 11.45 and he got out late making it around 12.20pm. I was issued a ticket via post for being in the retail park after midnight.

I unfortunatly dont have any original letters i binned them which was stupid as i was adamant i was ignoring the situation as recommended by friends and local people. Until I court a court letter.

My partners work said to ignore it to but also they would 'sort it' but notifying ParkingEye with my reg to stop me getting anymore when i pick him up from work which should 'cancel' this charge out?

I havent once responded but now im really unsure what to do. I am pregnant too which is stressing me out. I have had a quick read of the newbie forum but i am confused (doesnt take much)

so after spending around 6 hours reading forums. ive also posted on pepipoo. It seems I have to tick the box to say I will be defending ALL of my claim.

Now I need a defense. Which im struggling with?

I really need to go back to check the signage is correctly lit im guessing and situated in the right place? is that my only main defense?

So after 6 hours of reading forums you missed the 'NEWBIES please read these FAQs first' sticky thread (second to top of the forum) where post #5 fully covers small claims and what to do when, how to defend, the lot?

Tailor what? Post #5 of the Newbies thread doesn't give a template to 'tailor'. I am not talking about an appeal. Your defence isn't supposed to be written by you as driver you know, neither does it talk about what happened, neither is it written as an appeal. It seems to me you haven't read post #5 of the sticky (all links).
