Trev Up To His Old Tricks (Again!)

This thread from CAG :-

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?429957-ANPR-send-copy-of-proposed-claimform-Daughter-Problem-Help-Needed-**Won-at-POPLA**%281-Viewing%29-nbsp

Shows that ANPR and Trevor Whitehouse are still sailing very close to the wind regarding the law and POFA. Even when they issued a POPLA code and the case was outstanding they invoked their so-called DCA and issued fake court papers and other threatening letters.

As you see ANPR's case was so strong that they didn't even submit any evidence to POPLA and the motorist won.

So how long is Trev going to continue acting this way before the BPA chuck him out of their member's club, and the various authorities take an interest in his activities?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Seeing that Wonga is in the spotlight complaints to government is called for. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2774672/It-s-gone-Wonga-Payday-loan-firm-s-profits-HALVE-fake-law-firm-letter-scandal.html

Wonga and similar firms need to stop shooting themselves in the foot by doing things such as allegedly impersonating solicitors to recover monies from customers

Jump ship to the IPC and use the magic label printer on their signs?

a full barrage of complaints to all including whatever cretin hired Trev ad co to operate on their land.
if anything full pressure should be applied to the land owner as principle and its is the land owner who should be feeling the pressure over the actions of their agents

Perhaps you might like to leave the keyboard and do this then?
