Unwanted changes to forum layout

Logged on to MSE forum tonight to find several unwanted changes: The menu across the top of the main forum site (that starts with Home, weekly email etc) has changed to an embossed white on white layout that is barely visible. The 'Quick links' tab used to drop down a list that included 'subscribed threads'. That doesn't happen now, if I click on 'Quick Links' it changes to 'Open Contacts Popup' So, I now cant quickly find my subscribed list. I have tried switching between 'old and new versions' in my user cp but that does not help. I am on Win 8.1 / IE11 and have been on this for several months. How can I get back to my old layout that was working fine up to 5.00pm this evening? ETA: I composed the above with paragraphs and spacing but when posted it all appears in one block.

Neither happening here on Firefox or Chrome.
Header is white on dark grey and quick links works as it always has.
Post formatting and editing OK as well.
Sounds like an issue between the forum and your IE11?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks Fermi, your picture shows exactly how mine used to be. I'll try re-installing IE110

I would probably try a few things like making sure it is up to date, clearing all cache, cookies etc first. Often resets things without the need to do anything more drastic.
Some security software and browser addons can also occasionally mess with things.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

In case it helps anyone else, I recently started using NoScript on Firefox after having problems on another site.
I was having the same problem with 'Quick Links' changing to 'Open Contacts Popup'.
I've decided this is controlled by ajax.googleapis.com. If you're using NoScript, allow this, and all should become good.:)0
