Down to whoever you bought it from.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -
Strictly speaking,, above is correct. However, Vodafone will likely only get Apple to repair/replace anyway. You can avoid some hassle and deal direct with Apple, but feel free to try a Vodafone store or their support first!
If you can get to an Apple store, they'll likely replace there and then, as long as it's not user damage (they did with me). But they do also offer a mail-in service via the website - support is here - https://getsupport.apple.com/ServiceOptionAction.action0 -
You can also call and talk to an Apple guru. You can get a normal no. from saynoto0870, I did, it took 10 mins to get through, but I was using 18185 which is 1p a minute. They can either help talk you through to resolve the problem, make an appointment at a Apple store, or arrange to send it to them for repair.
